My boss and I came here on our day off and Q the chef overcooked the burger, the fries were greasy and limp and way too much garlic. And when we talk to the waitress Q came out and was rude and very unprofessional to the point I don't think he needs to be in a kitchen. Then we both can hear Q through the window calling my boss swear words. If you want better customer service and food then do yourself a favor and find a local McDonald's. Stay away from here. Best burger in Reno!! The food is made with love and the owner Roy is very kind and passionate about this place. They recently added a very charming furnished bus in the back with diner style seating. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

My Daughter took me out to lunch to Beefy's. We have not been here in a couple of years. As we sat down, I could tell they seemed overwhelmed. There were a few door dashers waiting outside, and a couple of people. Once our order was placed, it took 20 mins for 2 burgers. Understandable, but it was not that busy. The older, short, bald, white guy (assuming a manager/owner) changed the T.V., and coughed right into the pitcher of water below it ( We should have just walked out then, I know..). Never covering his mouth or turning away. INEXCUSABLE!!! I flagged down our waitress, who seemed overwhelmed, at what happened. She quickly got rid of the water. Our burgers came out, and I ordered a Patty Melt Toasted ( Hamburger, 1000 island dressing, sauteed onions, Swiss cheese on Rye). What I received was Hamburger, Swiss Cheese on White, dry as a bone. I let the guy know and he walked away and dismissed it. I ate a few bites, and stopped, thinking they might correct the order. 15 mins later, still nothing, no communication between myself, our waitress, or the owner..... He seemed more worried if he got paid from all the orders which he said many times, " Did they pay for this, did they pay for that, etc. than helping us out. We will never go here again, and all my friends and my local social network will NOW know NOT to ever go here again. A simple, "Oh we are sorry, let us CORRECT the order", or not charge me for the burger, anything....would have been a better experience.
