The service was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and the food and drinks were worth the drive. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures. I had the Marley Melt and deli salad and my husband had the Beek’s Bomber and the chips with homemade dip. All of it was delicious! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beek’s Joint is a bar and restaurant located in a historic building that has been home to several great establishments over the years, and I think it does a great job of living up to that history. When it comes to the food, this place is fantastic. The sandwiches, pizza, and just about everything else on the menu are consistently excellent. I haven’t found anything yet that I didn’t enjoy. The service is also very good. However, I’ve visited when it’s been both extremely busy and very slow, and in both situations there was only one waitress working. That can lead to longer waits for drink refills or the occasional forgotten item. I don’t blame the waitstaff for that at all; it seems more like a staffing issue than a service issue. As for the atmosphere, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a bar-first establishment. It can get loud and have a strong bar-focused vibe, which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a quieter dining experience, I’d still highly recommend ordering takeout because the food is absolutely worth it. Overall, great food, good service, and a fun atmosphere. Fantastic experience with a large take-out order including several dietary restrictions. The staff answered all our questions regarding potential food allergies (gluten, egg, and soy) and were so gracious and kind. The food was hot and completely ready at the pick-up time, and the owner even helped carry it to our car. On top of that, all of the pizza was incredible, including the cauliflower crust. We didn't eat in, but 25 people were extremely happy with the order! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
