Very disappointing experience. The staff were cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. What was even more concerning is that three people from our group became sick after eating here, with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. This is a serious issue and completely unacceptable for a restaurant. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place. Thank you for your response. To provide you with the details you requested: I visited Beer Academy on 5 September 2026. The payment was made at 20:04 for 46,860 AMD. I have the payment receipt and transaction details. I do not remember the exact names of all the dishes, but you should be able to identify our order from the payment details above. Three people from our group became ill after our visit, with similar symptoms of varying severity, including a young child. I am still unwell as well. I am providing these details publicly here because this is where you responded to my review. If you would like to discuss this matter directly, please provide an appropriate contact method.
