Food at Beer Museum

Once the promenade around the The House that was Built in 1903 is over, visit Beer Museum. Nicely cooked salads, fish and sausages will impress you at the first bite. It's a must to taste good belgian beer, craft beer or whiskey while coming to this bar.

The intimate atmosphere of Beer Museum allows customers to relax after a hard working day. Most visitors state that the staff is hospitable. The enjoyable service is a big plus of this place. Prices are found reasonable here. You will be pleasantly surprised by the cute decor. As for the Google rating, this spot earned 4.4.

My favorite local bar, with a friendly atmosphere, an excellent selection of beers, and plenty of other drinks to choose from. If Juliana is behind the bar, you’re in for an amazing experience - she’s incredibly welcoming and makes every visit special! Price per person: €20–25 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely shocking experience. This was, without question, one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. We brought an important guest to this venue expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were met with an attitude that was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. The bartenders behaved as if serving customers was an inconvenience, and their conduct throughout the visit was disrespectful and embarrassing. What made the situation even worse was that the treatment we received felt different from how other guests were treated. As visitors from India, we left with the strong impression that we were not welcome. Whether intentional or not, the behavior we encountered came across as discriminatory and deeply offensive. No customer should have to spend money to be treated with contempt. The staff’s attitude ruined the entire experience and left a lasting negative impression on our guest. A place that cannot treat all visitors with equal respect has failed at the most basic level of customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to think twice before visiting. Until management addresses the culture and behavior of the staff, visitors should be prepared for an experience that may leave them feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at this beer museum. We invited a very important guest and expected a professional and welcoming atmosphere, but the visit turned out to be extremely disappointing.

We have experienced unfriendly behavior from the bartenders before, but we hoped things would be different this time. Unfortunately, the staff were again rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our visit. Their attitude toward our group was embarrassing, especially in front of our guest.

The way we were treated felt very different from how other visitors were treated. As visitors from India, we left feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and uncomfortable. What should have been an enjoyable visit became a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Based on our experience, the behavior we encountered felt discriminatory and gave us the impression of racial bias. Management should take these concerns seriously and ensure that all guests are treated with respect and professionalism.

I would not recommend visiting this place unless the management addresses these issues. No visitor should have to feel unwelcome or experience behavior that they perceive as racist or discriminatory.
