Thank you for your feedback, although we are deeply saddened to hear about this. We handle several hundred deliveries every day and strictly follow all hygiene and quality standards, making an incident like this completely unacceptable to us. We want to investigate this matter thoroughly and understand exactly what happened. Could you please provide a photo of the piece of plastic you found? Please contact us directly at befrites@gmail.com with the picture and your order details, so we can look into this and compensate you for this unpleasant experience. Best regards, BEFRITES KEBABI Team
