The service was poor and the food tasted terrible. I gave a standard tip but the waiter didn’t see it and chased me to ask for it. I don’t recommend it to everyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is truly a gem in the plaza! I was around the area and wanted to try something new and found Beijing Tasty House by accident, the best type of accident! We ordered Spicy Pork Intestines Dry Pot, Beef Sandwich, and Spicy Steamed Cold Noodles. All of them are better than I expected, especially the dry pot & beef sandwich. Dishes are very flavorful without being salty. We didn't get thirsty (high MSG) afterward. The beef sandwich is huge and not dry at all. Dishes here are a bit more expensive but dishes are legit and tasty. We are ready to come back next time to try their Bejing Duck!
