I recently ordered from Bek Restaurant and had a mixed experience. Last night, we ordered a couple of meals, and unfortunately, one of the dishes wasn’t quite right. Instead of letting it slide, I decided to give them another chance tonight and explained the issue when placing the order. However, the chef insisted on seeing proof of the problem, which I thought was a bit much. I had to take a photo of the previous meal to show them, which felt unnecessary and disappointing. While I understand wanting to confirm issues, it left a bad taste that I had to go to such lengths to resolve a simple concern. The food itself is generally good, but the customer service approach, especially in handling feedback, could use some improvement. It’s a shame because I was hoping for a more understanding and straightforward resolution. I’m unsure if I’ll be ordering again.
