We came in for a drink and food. Fabio he’s AMAZING! He’s reason enough to come in for a cocktail! He asked what alcohol I like and if I like refreshing. Why yes I do. He suggested a drink, I told him yes! And it was perfectly sweet and refreshing.with elderflower. Bel In Alassio no longer has a menu, but does have a beautiful aperitif. Delish!
