I am deeply disappointed by the serious negligence and unprofessional conduct of the male front desk staff member and the female reservation staff member. They repeatedly promised to reply to my emails, but those promises turned out to be untrue. At some point, they even stopped answering phone calls and simply ignored the situation. I regret recommending this hotel to my client. No matter how good the facilities or location may be, those factors are meaningless if the staff service and professionalism are lacking. It seems that urgent staff training should be a priority for this hotel.

It was a bad experience, especially in terms of the poor treatment by the hotel owners, their bad treatment of the employees, and their use of verbal abuse. I do not recommend it because it is not worth it, especially given what I saw from the hotel owners regarding their employees; it was extremely poor treatment.
