We have vouchers, but they were already from 2019. Unfortunately, due to illness and Corona, we haven't been able to use them yet. We were now informed by telephone that they had completely fallen into disrepair. I had expected an additional payment, which would have been completely ok. But I think it would be cheeky to cancel completely. These are also vouchers purchased directly from Hilton, not through any service provider. It's really a shame that there is no accommodation here. It was our first time having breakfast in the Beletage. From the reception to the staff in the restaurant, everything was great. Very nice and friendly, delicious food and drinks. We really liked it and we will definitely come back. Thank you . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
