We’ve had the best 5 days here, the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful, quiet location with easy access to Malscesine. This might be a 4* hotel but the service is 5*. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff are so consistently accommodating. We visited the Nin restaurant and it was worth it, we had a great experience enjoying our first Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice, and everything was fresh and high quality (even a juice machine to make your own juices - amazing). Bikes are available to use free of charge which I’d really recommend as the lake front path is stunning. It’s definitely worth a visit!! Thank you Belfiore. Service: 5
