A couple of years ago I had a very good review of this gym but today I can say with complete clarity that it is probably the worst gym in Malaga and perhaps in Spain. There is no place where they treat you so badly, where it is so hot for not turning on the air conditioning and in turn they raise the prices practically every 3 or 4 months. Run away from here, don't even think about signing up, the place is spacious but it is always full of people who out of necessity go there since there are none else in the area. As for the activities that are booked through the application, they are somewhat simple and the staff is usually not the most qualified. The worst thing without a doubt about this establishment would be its receptionist named Carmen. This individual will always treat you less and you will feel her air of superiority as soon as you enter the door, it seems that she will charge more for not having the air conditioning on, its use is practically zero, you will rarely see it on in summer. Carmen the receptionist will feel bad even if you ask her for the receipt of your payment. In short, I would not recommend this place to anyone €46.50 per month and the machines have no batteries, the dumbbells' grip is practically rusty and the shelves of small dumbbells and ribbons are in a deplorable state. The user of this gym must be content with adding some new discs or a pair of grips once a year. I wouldn't recommend it even to your worst enemy.

After a few months signed up and having been a member of the gym in the beginning, I think it is time to give an assessment. Cleanliness: The gym looks clean but at the same time very neglected. I have even found a COCKROACH in the locker room, the same is so that you have a source of protein in case you forget your shake. The engine room is always well maintained, the changing rooms on the other hand give the feeling of having been abandoned, rusty trash cans, out-of-service showers that will never be repaired and even a closed sauna with construction materials inside. Coach: I think calling him a coach is too much, since he rather plays the role of receptionist. Maybe it's just me that I'm used to other gyms (including this one in its beginnings), where the room trainer was a person who went around the weight room helping whoever needed it, giving advice and instructing the most inexperienced members. This one, however, spends his time at the reception looking at his cell phone/computer and barely deigns to raise his head when a member greets him. The only time I saw him in the room was when a person hired his personal trainer service. Training and nutrition plan: €35 thrown away. Both the diet and the training were the most basic and simplistic things that you can even find on the internet without too much effort. A diet that is not personalized at all and does not take into account the nutritional values of foods. And the training was based on doing one muscle group every day and that's it, when science has shown that it makes much more sense to do twice a week and not load a muscle on a single day. In general it seems that the most basic knowledge of sports science and biomechanics was never applied. Weight room: The only positive part of the gym since it has a fairly good variety of equipment and of good quality and condition. Price: An exaggerated price for what it is. It costs the same as when it offered a pool, spa and sauna. Taking into account the state in which it is located, the terrible services it provides and the gyms in the area, it seems too expensive to me. Conclusion: It's a shame to have gotten the 6-month bonus since shortly after starting I already wanted to change. As soon as I finish I will go to another gym in the area that is cheaper and has better staff, which although it does not have the best brands of gym machines, I do not think it is something that an average gym member can take advantage of that difference.
