Absolute joke of an experience at The Bell Inn. My friend and I went for a few drinks outside. First round went fine (a Guinness and a Cruzcampo). We finished those and ordered a second round via the app: another Cruzcampo and a Level Head Session IPA. We sat outside waiting for 20 minutes. Nothing arrived, so I went inside to politely ask about the delay. Instead of checking the order, the manager was incredibly rude, hostile, and flat-out accused me of trying to scam free drinks. Her "evidence"? There was an empty Level Head glass on our table from a completely different customer who had left before we even sat down. I literally showed her my receipt proving I had paid £12 for the round, and even asked her to check the CCTV to prove we hadn't been served. She refused to look, said "end of conversation," and walked away, stealing our money and leaving us with zero drinks. Absolute scam and abysmal customer service. If you want to be insulted by management and have your money taken for nothing, this is the place for you. Avoid at all costs! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
