However, as with any restaurant, we do get some eccentric customers once or twice a year. When they come to our restaurant, we cannot predict what kind of customer they will be. Although rare, there are some customers who cause trouble. However, we cannot arbitrarily assume that you look like you might cause trouble and refuse you entry based on your appearance, as this would be rude to the customer. If we sense any uneasy atmosphere, we will share the situation with all of our staff, keep a close watch on the restaurant, and be ready to respond immediately if something happens, so please rest assured. We don't have karaoke every day, but we will be more careful than ever about the noise. When I asked a professional company to help me, they told me that it's difficult and unavoidable that sound leaks out because it's an old building, so I'll continue to take soundproofing measures myself.
