A large group of us booked to eat at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The staff made us welcome and set aside a private area for our presentation meal. The food was well prepared and well presented, it tasted great and the staff were friendly and very efficient. As such we have all agreed to use this restaurant and the adjoining premier inn again next year, big thanks to all the staff. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £20–30

Staff were friendly service fast. Food was awful , and not value for money. Daughter had a burger all dried out. The sea Bream dish, I wouldn't recommend. Less than a mouthful of actual fish. The Premier Inn breakfast served there is less than standard quality, undercooked cold food and filtered coffee from a pouring flask. For some reason breakfast only served till 9am also. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: £20–30

What a joy it was to visit the Bell Tree today. There's a lovely, jam packed new menu on offer....its difficult to choose with so many delights on offer, there's definitely something for everyone here x. We had the Japanese style chicken to start and it was great....the sauce that comes with it is fantastic Hubby chose roast duck, with salad and delicious vegetables and a side of ciabatta. After much deliberation, I went for the Balmoral Chicken and it did not disappoint....it came with mashed potato, haggis, bacon, veg and whisky sauce! The Dessert menu has loads of yummy choices but we were both stuffed full...however I managed to order a takeaway of Sticky Toffee Pudding to enjoy later! The prices are all very reasonable which helps in this day and age! Thank you so much for such a warm, welcoming place to spend a few hours.. Nothing is too much trouble for Holly and her team, service with a smile every time. Highly recommend.....keep up the fantastic work you do Holly, it's always a pleasure to visit xxx.
