Such a pathetic experience. The service was extremely slow, and we had to wait much longer than expected, which made the visit frustrating. While the atmosphere was pleasant and the ambiance was the only positive aspect, it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service. Tried the zinger burger at Bella Bite and it was honestly one of the best in Mansehra. 10/10 taste, fresh ingredients, and good portion size. Service was also nice and the staff was cooperative. Will visit again. Price per person: Rs 1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Pepperoni pizza

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered two Zinger burgers, and the price was around 350. The quality was poor — the buns were very small, and the chicken fillet inside was also tiny, not what you would expect from a proper Zinger burger. What made it even more disappointing was that the burgers were not fresh. Even though I ordered them freshly made, they were served cold. The chicken fillet inside was cold, and the burger itself was also cold. On top of that, the service was extremely bad. There was no proper attention to customers, and they didn’t even have basic things like water available. They also did not include anything with the burgers — no coleslaw, no fries, nothing at all, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
