We ordered food here from Bella Luna and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. We have ordered from there before, where unfortunately there were also errors and omissions, but where we thought it was accidental and unfortunate. The food was completely cold, things were forgotten in the order, some dough was raw/not baked, and several of the things were not right, an example is that we ordered Chili cheese nuggets, but ordinary nuggets came.
