I should have done my research before visiting this place but I didn’t. I went there for the first time on Valentine’s Day and I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My food came 1hr 30 mins after I ordered. The Virgin Colada was TASTELESS. The beef sauce and friend rice PATHETIC and after waiting for so long, it still came cold, very cold. The Seafood Okra came hot but absolutely tasteless as well. I only had few forks of semo and I just couldn’t go on. I complained bitterly cause I was delayed and disappointed at the quality of food. What did the Manager of Bellagio do? They came to say sorry and they brought POS for me to pay. After I paid, that was it! No one came back to me. My Bf and I left the food almost untouched and left displeased. I have been to several restaurants lately and BELLAGIO IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
