The gentleman who prepares the ice cream orders should understand that not every customer will speak Italian.Your business is in a touristic area and many people will communicate in English. His facial expression when I spoke English was unwelcoming, which was disappointing. Also when a customer says thank you and goodbye, a simple polite response is the minimum. Ignoring them comes across as quite rude.
