Just a quick one night stay, but the bed was so uncomfortable that I could not sleep at all. Like many buildings in the city, the view was great and staff was really, really nice. Even the breakfast, although it looked simple, was very nice. Service: 5

Cozy hotel in the heart of Lausanne within walking distance from the lake Geneva. The staff is friendly and welcoming, they speak perfect English and are very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, carpeted and comfy. There's a capsule coffee machine in the rooms but unfortunately no refrigerator. The hotel has small gym and sauna. Also, we got a travel card at the hotel so we could take advantage of the public transport and travel around the town, which was very practical. There is a parking lot close to the hotel. Service: 4
