Dear Guest, Thank you for your review and for your high appreciation of our cuisine, service, and value for money. We are very pleased that both of your dinners with us were enjoyable. At the same time, we are sincerely sorry that you did not appreciate the performance of our musician. The saxophonist performing that evening is a well-known and highly in-demand musician in the Czech Republic, regularly invited to concerts and various cultural events. We fully understand that live music is not to everyone’s taste. However, you were not the only guest in the restaurant at that time. Many of our visitors greatly enjoy evenings with live music, return to us repeatedly, and often specifically ask when the next performance will take place. We consistently receive very positive feedback about live music, which is an important part of our restaurant’s atmosphere. If during your visit the music felt too loud or you did not wish the musician to approach your table, you could always have informed the waiter. We would have been happy to pass your request to the musician to avoid your table or adjust the volume. We always try to accommodate our guests’ preferences and ensure their comfort. At the same time, it is important to remember that a restaurant serves many guests simultaneously and cannot adapt the entire atmosphere to one individual preference. We always strive to take personal requests into account where possible, but we cannot fully change the concept of the evening or remove live music based on one guest’s request, as many of our guests come specifically for this atmosphere and greatly enjoy it. We respect your wish for a quieter evening. However, your feedback reflects a personal impression and cannot be considered an objective assessment of the restaurant as a whole. We are pleased that, despite your opinion on the musical program, you appreciated the quality of our cuisine and the work of our staff.
