We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress seemed unwilling to accommodate our requests and instead insisted on pushing her own recommendations, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, the service was poor, and the food did not justify the high prices. Unfortunately, our visit ended in complete dissatisfaction. I had one of the best Alfredo pastas at Bello Restaurant in Piassa, next to Monarch Hotel. The customer service was excellent friendly, attentive, and professional. The meal was amazing, and the open kitchen OMG absolutely incredible. Everything felt fresh, professional, and well done. Bello restaurant have my heart Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
