The staff in the evening was not the nicest but that's fine, in the morning though they were both extremely nice. Clearly the hotel and rooms is very old and could use some renovation, but it's still fine honestly! I feel the price is not justified though. Large parking lot and free coffee/tea 24/7 Service: 4

Horrendous service. Got locked out of my room and had to sleep in my car because there was no one at the desk overnight. Lots of addicts staying here including the staff. Only positive was the general manager was very nice and she gave me my money back for 2 nights. Avoid. Service: 1

The sign outside showed no vacancy. Drove north to next possible place and discovered they were fully booked for the night. Decided to double-check Beluga Lake Lodge online and discovered they actually had 4 available rooms. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet and they accommodated my late check-out request.
