I went to pick up a cake with my mum, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The staff kept giving her unpleasant looks and had a very unwelcoming attitude. It made us both feel uncomfortable, as if we were bothering them just by being there. We were simply there to collect a pre-ordered cake, so the whole interaction should’ve been quick and pleasant—but instead, it felt tense and unfriendly. A little courtesy goes a long way, and sadly, that was missing here. I hope the management addresses this, as no customer should be made to feel unwelcome. Very disappointed
