My Wife visited Benihana of Temecula on her Birthday, during her lunch break. Her cook was Jonathan, who made her a very delicious filet mignon, which was on the “lunch special”. She came home very happy and she praised Jonathan for how fun he made her birthday experience and his pleasant service and said he was so much fun. She also said “and added to the fun, the waiter and a staff member came over and sang me happy birthday” All of the Benihana team made her birthday lunch memorable. Thank you Jonathan and Staff of Benihana Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nicki was awesome, she gave us the most thorough run through of a menu, specials and recommendations I think I’ve ever had in my life, went above and beyond for our family? Brought rubber banded trainer chop sticks for the kids and even modified the birthday Sunday for my daughter, drinks were always full and everyone had a great time. Gino was hilarious, and considering it was his first day, felt like a pro. Had great tricks and le the kids entertained. Food was excellent and he’s there every night except thursdays lol. Ask for them both. Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've been to many Benihanas over the years and this one is very clean and well kept. I'm not a bar person but that would be my only gripe. It's the layout of the bar area. It feels like the bar is in the restaurant waiting area with the greeter/host kiosk. Not a very comfortable hangout since everyone coming in to dine walks right by behind you and every time someone comes in or leaves the restaurant the strong exhaust fans over the teppanyaki stations pull the outside air in through the doors whether it's hot or cold outside is funnels through the bar area. The service was friendly and the manager walks the restaurant visiting each table at least a couple of times per seating, checking to see how things are going and to assist the servers with refills or any other requests. Another plus is they serve Coke products which nearly everyone I know prefers. I will definitely return! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
