Our sever was phenomenal no complaints about him..super nice super helpful and patient . The food sucks like it wasent even edible. I got the stir fry and took 3 bites and couldn't do it . Was nasty and I like stir fry . It was like sour tasting . Hubs got the reuben and fries ..he had me try his fries and we both agreed they was awful. Tasted our daughter's fries and they was just as bad. His reuben he was nice enough to give me half and it was good . He tried my stir fry and agreed it was sour tasting and "trash" in his words . Daughter said her burger was no good so we tried it and it was super dry and the bun was burnt ....epic fail for lunch. And big tab and money wasted. My side salad was good and hubs got a side of chicken noodle that wasent awful that came with our meals . But the reuben a tiny bowl of okay soup and a little side salad was not anywhere close to worth what we paid. And to top it off the entire time 2 worker ladies were arguing right behind us ..... couldnt take it in the back they had to argue and complain in the dining room the whole...entire...time Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We have dined at Benny's numerous times and previous experiences have been wonderful, although this past Sunday, Mother's Day, was the worse experience I have ever encountered at a restaurant. One of my family members had made a reservation for 20 at 10:30 for Mother's Day. She was told they would accomodate us in their west dining area. We all arrived at 10:30. The waitress took orders for our drinks & we took our place in the long buffet line. We began to eat our food & shortly after our waitress Tina told us all we needed to finish & leave because another party of 20 was waiting for our tables. We had just began eating. Also, the bus boy arrived at our tables to take our plates that was still full of more than half of our meals. We were all humilitated & upset! I have never in my life been asked to finish my meal & leave a restaurant. It was a very upsetting situation & especially on Mother's Day!!! Saying all this, whoever books reservations needs to MAKE SURE the guests have adequate time to enjoy the meal & their experience at Benny's! Service: 1

I recently visited Benny's Grill with my family and unfortunately came away pretty disappointed. The atmosphere was actually one of the highlights—nice setting and a comfortable place to sit down for a meal. Service started off a bit slow, as it took a while for us to get our drinks, but after that the timing of the food was reasonable. I did have to wait a bit for a refill, but nothing too major. Where things really fell apart was the food. I ordered the hamburger horseshoe, and the fries tasted stale while the burger itself was dry and overcooked. My wife ordered the fettuccine alfredo, which was overly buttery and had an odd, almost flowery taste. We also shared a ravioli appetizer that was so dry and overcooked we ended up not eating it. Our son’s pizza was fine, but nothing that stood out. What was most frustrating was that our waitress clearly noticed we barely touched much of the food, but never checked in or asked if anything was wrong. For a $75 meal, it’s very disappointing to leave feeling let down and like the staff didn’t really care about the experience. Overall, it just wasn’t a good experience, and it’s not somewhere we plan to return Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
