More than just a bar, more than a place with delicious beer/cider and wine for purchase. This place has some drop down DELICIOUS breakfast AND BOARD GAMES. What a gem, I can’t wait till we go again!

Trivia and limited food menu on Monday but there's plenty of beer, wine and cider to drink. I loved the board game selection. Lots of seating. Seems like a great place to go rain or shine!

I've never heard of Ben's Bottle shop until I saw an event on Facebook. Naturally as a beer enthusiast, I decided to check them out. Actually what drew me in day was this "Rebranding event" sponsored by Everybody's Brewing and Ben's. Showed up at ten after three. Was met with a good greeting from bartender. That was unfortunately the only good thing about this place. As I inquired about the "Rebranding party" was told, "oh they'll be here later tonight" despite it being advertised from 3pm-6pm. Even the flyer on the door and Facebook says this. So far I've been here an hour, was not approached by the bartender except to pay my tab. No, hey do you need anything else or would you like to see the food menu. This has been the worst customer service I've seen at a tap house. Any good tap house would want to check up on your customers and make sure you keep them happy. Beer list was subpar, general atmosphere was average, prices for a drink was outrageous. The only plus side was it was clean and well maintained. Only reason I'm giving this a two star and a D average in my places to eat/drink in Vancouver.
