Had Ben’s in LA before and it was amazing. I can’t say the same about this Seattle location. The vegetables are clearly frozen and thawed rather than fresh. The protein portions are laughable (there were about 3 decent pieces of chicken in my entire bowl). The same sauce I had and enjoyed in LA tasted completely off and flavourless here. Disappointing all around. I won’t be returning sadly. Food: 1

I placed an uber eats order. Time for pick up continued to extend out until after about 2 hrs they cancelled my order. They don’t have a phone number that allows a person to contact them. I had no warning. I kept pushing my lunch break off. They should not accept orders if they can’t handle it at that time. Very frustrating that they do not have a phone number. I tried to call and see if I needed to cancel my order, but as I mentioned that is not possible. Service: 1

I decided to pick up my order this time since Seattle has imposed new rules that significantly increase delivery fees for door dash, but the experience was pretty cool. It's almost like an Amazon locker - you scan your delivery code, the locker opens, and you get your sealed bag of food out. You can see the people preparing everything, but you don't actually interact. In terms of food, this is the second time I've gotten Ben's fast food, and I love it. It's both healthy and so tasty. I got the chicken hearty bowl with house made ranch and chipotle sauces and with added sweet potatoes and chickpeas. So delicious and huge. I wasn't able to even finish half, but I plan to eat the rest for lunch tomorrow. Very reasonable prices. Will get this a third time and more! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Chickpea & Potato Hearty Bowl Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: I probably won't get meat again because the sweet potato and chickpea bowl is so tasty and filling.
