If you are looking for a refreshment for a halo-halo this is the place to go. Just come to this place and you will taste a delicious glass of a halo-halo. Ben's special tastes like vanilla ice cream. Their ice is different from other halo halo. They also serve Spicy and Salted Halo-Halo. The salted halo halo tastes good too and it's not salty at all. The place also serves other dishes and snacks. It's not difficult to find as there is a signage. You can also find a place to park your car. When in Tarlac, this place is a must try for their halo halo. You will not regret it. Ben's can easily impress anyone with their halo-halo. Their flavored ice is finely shaved and further enhanced by a selection of ingredients prepared and/or chosen with perfection- the macapuno shreds all tender, the sweetened banana soft but not gooey, the ube still chewy, the pepper powder well balanced that it heightened the experience. Order was served almost immediately. Air-conditioning of the place was excellent and enough seating was available for small groups despite the not-so-large dining area.
