I've tried Bento East twice now and I have to say, I am not impressed! Super bummed because it always smells SO good! Each time, staff seemed a bit too busy and that we were inconveniencing them when we came to order! Also, the pot stickers were soggy and soft. The meat inside tasted just fine, but not good enough to help get past the gummy outside texture. Also, they only take cash (which is prominently displayed outside), but it makes it inconvenient if you - like most the modern world - don't carry a lot of cash!
