I was in berezka for lunch for the first time a month ago. And everything was wonderful: delicious food, friendly staff, a little hot already, but not much.
The second time we wanted to come, it was a sunny day. We were very upset, because in the morning there were no notifications on social networks that the institution was not working. As a result, they came, kissed the door and went to another place.
But what happened yesterday is a nightmare. We were sitting on a table by the window in the center, where the "passage" area is, that is, between the bar and another part of the establishment. No one came up to us for 15 minutes. After ordering, my colleague was served dishes (soup and salad) in 20 minutes, and when asked when my dish (hot) would be ready, the waitress snorted that in 3 minutes. When, after another 10 minutes of waiting, I asked her where my dish was, she snapped and said, "I told you it would be in a couple of minutes." When my dish was brought to me, she just threw it on the table. It was noticed not only by me, but also by a colleague. If you need the distinctive features of a waitress - a girl of cute appearance, with brown hair and fillers in her lips.
Also, the taste of the dishes was very strange. Very watery.
It would have been all the same for the waiting time if the waitress had behaved normally. And she did not address the guest as g@vnu.
