Go eat at Bernardo before it becomes as popular as it deserves to be! This restaurant opened its doors fairly recently, so it is not yet well known and this makes it the perfect time to go there. The menu is small, which I feel is a good thing, as every dish is well though-out, impeccably prepared and really nicely presented in generous portions (especially for the price). The drinks are an another highlight, from the classic to the more creative house specials. Service is very attentive and friendly and you don't have to wait long for your food. In our case the wait was made even more pleasant thanks to a lovely small appetizer offered on the house. You want to be in the cool air-conditioned interior, rather than in the shaded terrace, especially in the hot Paraguay summer, but the restaurant is rather small (I'd say with less than 10 tables) so when it is finally well known and popular it might not be so easy to get a table.
