An absolute perfect location for a birthday celebration. I held my 50th here in April and had one of the best nights of my life. We had a selection of finger foods and a fantastic grazing table. The food was plentiful and so delicious. Drinks were flowing, the cocktails were amazing and all the beautiful staff made sure I was looked after along with my guests. Would highly recommend The Water Vista Cafe for any special occasion Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Beautiful spot. Waited an hour for 2 mains which were not up to standard in size or quality (won't mention presentation) - fisherman's board (2 each of fish/prawns/calamari very basic quality, like straight from the supermarket freezer) and chicken snitzel burger (with mayo slaw and chipotle sauce - too much mayo/sauce for one basic 'burger'!!). Tiny (cold) chip portions and beyond basic tiny salad. Cheap ingredients, much too high prices, sticky tables (not wiped between customers). Staff friendly enough but looked stressed and avoided eye contact - maybe they know many customers are disappointed. I would put up with a lot to sit in that beautiful spot, but won't be going back unfortunately.

It's has changed hands and frankly is no good anymore.

Confused young staff do best they can.

Food is poor for the hefty price tag and owners not interested in dealing with problems not even an apology.

Nice location ...take a picnic.
