I ordered a combo, it took longer than the deadline they gave me, I asked for change and they didn't send it to me and the snack came completely different from what I ordered. Terrible service, there is no phone to speak to anyone, only ZAP and then there is electronic service, I don't know if there is another unit, but where I ordered and went to return it was on Rua Barão do Amazonas 949 if I'm not mistaken, there is a very dubious environment, Not to mention the snack I ordered in the photo on the website, one thing, in person it looks like a 5 year old child who had the snack, completely different, in addition to the order I was missing items I ordered, I tried calling, on the zap number, on insta on the landline that appears on Google to try to resolve it and it just turned off, I had to leave my house and return the snack, and get my money back, because I still paid for the delivery, and I had a loss of going there and coming back, total disrespect for the customer, I don't recommend it, misleading website advertising that has nothing to do with the real snacks, very inferior, I don't recommend it, stay away, making it clear I don't know if there is another unit, this is the one in Barão de Amazonas Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I requested an additional snack (I paid for the additional) and it was missing. When contacting the store, they did not respond and, when they returned via Ifood, it was terrible service. The snack doesn't match the photos, bad bacon. If I could, I would give negative stars. Disappointed! I'm waiting for my tax receipt! Food: 1 Service: 1
