Believe me I love bertucci's and I never had a bad meal there until I went to the one in westborough. I got the eggplant parmesan. My husband got the chicken palmage on. Both were soaked in oil and overfried till very dark. Spaghetti was all chopped up like it was yesterday's left over. It was soaked in sauce too much way too much. I took home a pizza and as always.The pizza was excellent. But I was so disappointed as was my husband to pay that kind of honey and really call the food horrible. If I want my spaghetti chopped up I'll do it myself. I can't tell you how bad it looked in the plate. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
