When it comes to smash burgers, I'm quite picky and most of those who claim to do it, don't actually get it right. Best Bro's is not one of them. In fact, they might serve the best one I've ever had in Istanbul! (There's still one place on my radar. I will make my final decision then) The patties are excellent, just the right size and very crispy on the edges. The cheese inside is perfect and the bun... That was the best part of it! The fries I got was spicy and I loved it. The portion was extremely generous! I hope they don't change this at all! That's usually the trend; after a while, somehow they don't match the initial quality, the portions change or prices are not good anymore. Anyway, this place is a must-visit! I just loved it!
