We pride ourselves on responding to guest concerns promptly so we can ensure they enjoy their stay with us and we encourage guests to let us know straight away if they need assistance. Our housekeeping staff continuously check the air conditioners so we will double check this one. There would be no reason for carpet to be damp and there is certainly no mould in the bathroom as most of our bookings are short stays so these rooms are cleaned and checked twice nearly every day. We will investigate further your feedback to make sure we are providing quality accommodation to our guests.More
