Servants, who do not understand commands. When I got home the waiters weren't even there to take orders, they were drinking a drink, they were watching videos with the sound on loud, you have to repeat yourself several times, just to get a drink you have to wait a really long time, they don't have change to give back it was a stranger who had to do it to give us change.. I asked for barbecue sauce, and I ended up with brasil sauce and in addition to That was really degelatory, no cheese sauce and just cheese to melt, the bread was very hard. On top of all that I was with one person and we ordered 2 tacos and we ended up with only one taco, so we had to ask for another taco and pay again and for the drinks we had to pay 1 euro more and on top of that it is written on the toilet door that you have to pay 1 euro to go there even though you are a customer and you have already paid a large sum for the food and the handle doesn't even hold falls to the ground when you try to open the door and in addition when I barely got inside there was one of those horrible smells with rice in the salt, the waiters take a lot of time just for one taco so for 2 I won't tell you how long I waited, in short I would never return to a place like this it was the worst experience of my entire life. Unfavorable reception this Saturday around 2 p.m. arrived at the Kebab, we had ordered two Cordon Bleu Tacos/Nuggets with Barbecue sauce and I had only received one, I had to recommend another and pay again. The quality of the food needs to be reviewed, I am particularly disappointed with the quality of the food, the bread was too dry and hard, the fries were overcooked, the meat had an aftertaste reminiscent of leftover food that we kept. too long because it didn't sell but was no longer good. Also instead of receiving Barbecue sauce it looked like Brazil sauce. We saw that when another customer wanted to go to the bathroom, the door handle ended up directly on the floor. The smell in the restaurant is far from acceptable, there was a smell of garbage. The wait to receive the first tacos was 20/25min. The waiters did not understand what I ordered them, I had to repeat myself more than once to be understood, they are not really present... When we entered they were having a drink at their table with a guy, then when it was time to order a drink, they weren't there I had to wait 3/4 minutes to get a simple can of which they didn't even have a fair account to give me for the money I gave them. Arrived at the table, in the pot of salt we found rice, is this normal??? The waiter was watching tiktok at the next table with the sound relatively loud. Is this normal, welcoming for tourist customers? In terms of hygiene it was not up to par either, they used the same knife and no use of gloves or hand washing for the waiters. No private parking for the restaurant, there is a paid parking lot nearby and always full. In short, for a general opinion I do not recommend...
