Absolute trash for service. Understood it was a wait. First part of the order came out. Asked about the second drink. Told it was coming. Waited another 15 minutes. Nothing. Asked again, told it was coming by a manager looking guy. Another 5 minutes. Line is gone. Drink deck is cleared. Still waiting for wife's drink. No drink. Asked again. Finally.... Nice outing destroyed by lazy service. Yes overreacting. Totally overreacting. But still trash for service No star no star no star!!!

HORRIBLE service, and unhappy staff. Due to fact, they add creamer for you. The barista added too much, all I did was pour 1/3 of my coffee out and ask for more coffee. there was too my creamer. She rolled her eyes and shake her head. It was just a simple request. Bad customer service, if she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t work in the front with people. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I arrived promptly at Better Buzz Coffee Gilbert for a pre-ordered breakfast at 8:20 a.m., food was supposed to be ready by 8:31am so I sat down and waited. I approached to ask what happened to my order after waiting past 8:31am since I had to go to work afterwards and the manager falsely claimed it had been given to someone else by mistake despite the fact that the order was actually never prepared as I had been waiting and watching for it. The dishonesty and unprofessional handling of a customers time and money is unacceptable. Hope others get a better experience. It just bothered me the fact that the manager lied to my face.
