not usually crazy about cheesecake in general because it’s often overly sweet or tart and texture can be stodgy, but i tried the og today and it was delicious. super creamy but not too much, the edges are still firm and had a nice burnt outer-layer. not overly sweet at all and had the perfect fresh cream-cheese flavour. definitely have it with a coffee or something to cut the richness and compliment the flavour. keen to come again for sure!! lady at the register did tell me to order when i arrived (around 2pm on a sunday, long weekend) instead of coming back later like i planned because she says they sell out, so maybe come earlier in the day. We really enjoyed both our cheesecakes and the coffee at Betterburnt. The service was very friendly and attentive offering us to taste their different flavours including original, Baileys, coffee, pistachio, sweet potato and yuzu. It’s different to the traditional crumbed cheesecakes I’m used to, the cake blending into the cream and being creamier than what I’m used to. We ate outside, the atmosphere being pleasant both in and out and even got mugs and plates instead of everything being disposable. It’s worth a visit for dessert or takeaway in you’re in the area (or not)! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
