My go-to choices are definitely the Tuna, the Ham and Cheese, and the Goat Cheese (which is an absolute masterpiece). On top of that, their iced matcha latte is spot on, making it the ultimate combo. Delicious authentic empanadas. Everything they make is beautifully done, we are so lucky to have Between Flavours on our doorstep here in Carrigaline! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €1–10 Vegetarian options: Humita and Spinach empanadas are a great veggie option, as well as some of the crepes.
