Bryon is an incredible oasis from the hustle and bustle of Seoul night life. I deeply appreciate the calm energy of the bar and the earnest love for the craft the owner / bartender has. It can be intimidating to go into a bar with no menu or a “signature drink” but if you don’t have a specific request, just think of it like omakase bar service. Trust in the bar tender and ask for sweet, or boozy or maybe even “the best cocktail to celebrate last night in Seoul”. That what I did and had the best night in town. Thank you Bryon!
