Do you call it a bakery? This should already be done on site!!! I thought that only people who knead, shape, and bake on site can be called “BAKERY”! And let's talk about products that are more than average. 1.90 the traditional flute.... We are in Saint-Remy not in Paris. Or it would have to be good at least. In short, still a lot of effort to be made I think.. Good luck

Disgusting bread....similar to industrial bread and paid at cost price... I don't understand his participation in the show "Best bakeries in France"... The welcome leaves something to be desired, I won't go back there again
