super polite staff, especially lady with red hair, so so polite and helpful. really helped us when we were stranded with a flat tyre earlier today! thank you for helping us! sorry i didn’t catch her name

Bike trails were really churned up for the majority of the track, very poorly maintained in parts. Got absolutely covered in mud and had to push the bikes alot of the way through thick clay like mud because it wasn't possible to ride through. Some sections were really fun but I have to say my first experience has put me off coming back. What was advertised as a 2.5hrs cycle ended up taking us 4.5hrs, so glad we left early!

We were lucky enough to stay in one of the yurts for a night and what an amazing experience we had. The yurt itself was clean and had a really cozy feel to it. The fairy lights inside the yurt are also a lovely touch. Beds are made up upon arrival and we're comfortable. We found all the staff we spoke to during our stay polite and helpful and will definitely recommend a stay at Bewl Water to all our friends
