Gourmet food in a cute coffee shop setting! . Beyan is a must-visit! It has a wonderful, cozy vibe and serves fabulous, gourmet-level food. The burger and chicken sandwich we ordered for lunch were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff: Chef JP, Anthony barista/ bartender, and Risto our server. Their hospitality made a great meal even better. 10/10! If I could give this place 10 stars I would, this was the first restaurant that we stopped at in Uvita and nothing else seemed to compare afterwards. The meal was a true culinary experience in a very unassuming but adorable and thoughtfully decorated bistro. The flavors in every dish were so thoughtfully put together, layered with depth, and precision. We had the ceviche, the beef montadito, vegan mushroom ravioli and the chefs cut New York strip and the special cocktail for the evening and every single dish exceeded every expectation. The only thing better than the food was the exceptional service from Rigo and his team. Rigo took his time in explaining the dishes and the history of the restaurant and concept to us and made the experience even more intimate and personal. Had a brilliant experience at Beyan Restaurant. Great setting with a lovely, lively atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout. The food was superb — the shredded beef montadito was a standout, packed with amazing flavour. Also loved the prawn tacos and pork flank, both cooked perfectly. Cocktails and fresh fruit lemonades were excellent too. A fantastic spot and a real must-visit if you’re in Uvita! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₡30,000–35,000
