Nestled in the Marsa Malaz Kempinski hotel, BiBo offers a mix of dining experiences, including outdoor seating and in-store collection. This restaurant specializes in Spanish cuisine, providing dishes commonly found in tapas bars, such as patatas bravas and creamy ink croquettes. The decor has garnered attention for its funkiness, contributing to a lively atmosphere enhanced by good music.
However, opinions about the food and service seem to vary widely. Some visitors have praised the restaurant for its fantastic selection of food and drinks and professional staff, particularly during quieter brunch times. Others, however, have noted inconsistencies, with feedback highlighting issues like overly oily and salty dishes, and unprofessional service at times.
Operating primarily in the evenings from Monday to Friday, and both afternoons and evenings on Saturdays, BiBo does not yet appear to be fully bustling. The most recent reviews of BiBo may not reflect the current state of affairs due to their age, and there is no updated information available from the owners. Given this variability, prospective diners may wish to visit personally to form their own opinion.

The atmosphere is nice, good music, but the food is not worth the money. Their food is too oily and salty. My ribeye steak was fatty, despite the waitress saying it had less fat.
