During my first visit to Urban Seafood on a Monday evening, I was disappointed, especially considering the premium prices charged at this restaurant. 1. The lobster was unavailable, which meant the popular lobster roll was not on the menu. 2. The interior was not well-cooled due to the high ceilings and the proximity of the kitchen to the seating area. The only exception was a larger table that had a fan next to it. 3. The Yaki Soba (Plate Number 1) was overcooked and greasy. 4. For the Urban Catch for 1 (Plate Number 2), the rice used was grain rice instead of sticky rice, which failed to absorb the sauce properly. 5. Some of the clams on the Urban Catch were not fully open. The seating area features large metal swings as seats, which I found uncomfortable and more of a novelty than conducive to a relaxed eating experience. However, the service is efficient and cordial.
