The shop in Via Gioberti would not let me exchange a defective product (unused, in it's original packaging and with receipt). Sara was NOT helpful, just kept saying over and over that it needed oil. She refused to listen, refused to exchange for the same item, and was rude. A simple exchange would have solved the issue; but she has no concept of customer service or how to run a business. I will not purchase from this franchise again and will only purchase from the store in Piazza Della Republica where the staff is courteous and helpful.
