Veronica was terrific! She was very patient and let me try multiple coffees while managing to take care of her other customers as well. Truly a wonderful experience, will come back next time.

I am genuinely disappointed by both the quality of this product and the way Bialetti handled my case. I received a Bialetti Moka pot as a birthday gift and was excited to use it. Unfortunately, after only three uses, the coating became severely stained and started peeling off because of a single drop of coffee that spilled onto the exterior. I followed the instructions carefully and removed the pot from the stove immediately, yet the damage occurred within seconds. What made this experience even more frustrating was the response from customer service. I contacted Bialetti expecting support under their two-year warranty, but my claim was repeatedly dismissed and closed, with the blame placed entirely on me. I also pointed out that another customer had reported the exact same issue with the same model after only three uses, suggesting a possible manufacturing or quality-control problem, but this was ignored. I was asked to provide proof of purchase and personal information, only to have my concerns brushed aside. As someone who always associated Bialetti with quality and reliability, this was particularly disappointing. A product that fails after three uses is bad enough; a company that refuses to stand behind it is worse. I do not recommend Bialetti products!

Wonderful shop! Dario and Veronica provided excellent service—they were so warm, friendly, and truly professional in their guidance. Their expertise made it easy to navigate through the beautiful collection of coffee makers. I was so impressed that I ended up buying coffee makers for both myself and my friends as special souvenirs of our trip to Rome. It’s the perfect place for coffee enthusiasts to find high-quality items and feel genuinely welcomed. A must-visit!
