This is unbelievable. We bought a d&g mokka here and asked for tax free. Apparently my name is Schengen Państwa. Even more frustrating is that the second consultant was so nice, she let us try different coffee and explained a lot about mokkas and a process itself. Too bad the person behind the cash register can’t read and lack any common sense.
