WARNING TO TOURISTS: Scam and Fraudulent Charges! Do NOT trust the staff at this location (Via del Corso 174). On August 31, 2026, the cashier acted as if they were giving us coffee beans as a complimentary gift/service. However, behind the counter, they secretly scanned 4 packs of coffee beans (PERFETTO MOKA series) into our bill without our knowledge or consent, charging us an extra 31.96 €! To make matters worse, they also charged us 4.00 € for 2 gift boxes (BOX M CIELO STELLATO) that were NEVER handed to us. They literally charged us for non-existent physical goods while we were paying.

Excellet store for made in Italy coffee makers. The store is great we have been shopping for years. First time to this store as they were holding a machine for us. Excellent customer service by Anna. Everyone was great but she was great and in the future when passing through Rome. That will be the store to pickup our coffee and coffee makers.

I will give full marks to Leonardo. Excellent service. No hesitation to assist and to advise. He is indeed a very polite and helpful person. He is doing an excellent job for Bialetti. We will definitely return to this shop. Thank you Leonardo and Bialetti.
